家鄉味 - 自製料理

老娘心血來潮,興沖沖地煮了1.白菜、波菜、蝦皮、金針菇大混炒,2.蝦仁豆腐羹,3.乾拌麵線。還蠻有個樣子的吧!回到台灣,生活太過方便根本不會想要自己下廚;紐約因為華人多,中菜館到處都是,要不是外食還是偏貴,我想我也不太可能繼續下廚,當初在瑞典練出來手藝,就會這麼荒廢掉喔!
