火車頭 - 蝦米檬捲,海鮮粉,豆腐西筍

  太好吃啦!!!安德斯如此推薦著.

  這家餐廳一走進去就是濃濃的南洋風,感覺又回到了巴哈馬的海邊......蝦捲份量夠,沾醬為甜麵醬加碎花生,甜而不膩.海鮮粉有大蝦三隻,花枝,蟹肉與各式蔬菜,湯頭為大骨熬煮,甘甜香醇,不過如果能有再多一點的檸檬汁就更南洋啦!豆腐西筍搭配蠔油快炒,是道非常下飯的料理.

PS. 最近我們不太敢吃肉類(雞豬牛),所以改吃海鮮或蔬菜,以免吃到遭受有毒中國飼料污染的動物的肉),請大家響應吧!無論如何小心為上!
